The Seasonal Airport Technician contributes to providing safe, efficient, and compliant airport operations by performing a variety of grounds maintenance tasks throughout the City’s airport property.

Examples of Essential DutiesThe following examples are meant to be illustrative only and are not intended to be all-inclusive:
- Perform grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, etc.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other grounds-related machinery
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of grounds maintenance practices including mowing, trimming, and equipment care
- Knowledge of safe operation of small machinery and hand tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid Missouri Driver’s License
or
- Any combination of education, training, and/or experience which would qualify for the position as decided by the Airport Manager and approved by the City Administrator
