Job Summary
Performs advanced professional and administrative work in the development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of department-wide training and professional development programs for Families, Parks and Recreation (FPR) employees. Work includes collaborating with leadership to ensure training initiatives, employee development programs, and departmental policies support operational goals, regulatory requirements, and service excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Behavioral Science or related degree required and two years of experience in employee training, staff development or policy administration required or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License.
Youth Development and Parks & Recreation experience desired.
