Key Responsibilities
- Teaches swim lessons to participants of various ages and skill levels, ensuring they receive instruction appropriate to their abilities; provides clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents or guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Develops and implements lesson plans, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of each student .
- Enforces safety rules and regulations in and around the pool area to ensure a safe environment for all participants; performs rescues and administers first aid when necessary.
- Offers exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
