Account Clerk - Revenue Collection

Season Length: Up to 37.5 hours per week in March and April Shift: Day

Definition:

Set up a complete Point of Sale (POS) and Quick Books computer system for the Airport, Golf Course and Boat Ramp operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Set up the Point of Sale (POS) and Quick Books computer system for the Airport, Golf Course and Boat Ramp operations.
2. Interact with manager, supervisor and coworkers in order to get this job done.
3. Troubleshoot any problems with the set-up.
4. Write down the procedures for use of the system.
5. Train the users of the system.

Requirements:

Knowledge of: Point of Sale (POS) and Quick Books computer software systems. Ability to:

Implement Point of Sale (POS) and Quick Books computer software systems for the Airport, Golf Course and Boat Ramp Operations

Troubleshoot.

Write procedures.

Train the users of the system. 

Special Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of and experience with Point of Sale (POS) and Quick Books computer software systems.

Tools and Equipment Used:

Personal Computer with Keyboard; Printer; Calculator; Telephone; FAX.
