General Description
This is responsible work involving providing administrative aid to caseworkers in Human Services.
Duties include database updating, front desk coverage, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities
Aide in the creation of resources for clients, updating client databases, copying client files, and office coverage.
May attend community events to represent Human Services.
Supervision Received
Works under the direction of the AFS Manager or RCSC Manager, as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Must be able to get to and from various work locations. First aid and CPR certification preferred. A minimum of one-year experience working in an office setting. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates degree and/or working towards a degree in any field.
