We're looking for an experienced Senior Field Worker - Parks to join our Open Space Operations team.

In this hands on leadership role, you'll support the Parks Supervisor to coordinate the maintenance of Newcastle's parks, reserves and sports fields. You'll lead by example, mentor team members and help ensure our open spaces are maintained safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

We're seeking someone with experience in horticulture, turf management or greenkeeping who enjoys working outdoors and supporting others to succeed. You'll bring strong technical skills, a commitment to safety and teamwork, and the ability to deliver great outcomes for the community.
