Minimum Qualifications
To be eligible for placement in Assignment Level II individuals must have, in addition to meeting the minimum requirements, at least one additional year of full-time professional statistical analysis experience.
Special Note
To be eligible for placement in Assignment Level III individuals must have, in addition to meeting the minimum requirements, at least two additional years of full-time professional statistical analysis experience.

- Participate in the evaluation of methods, procedures, and data obtained from various sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of data.
- Preform data analysis to provide reporting from various sources to allow for the delivery of updates on key indicators.
- Participate in the refinement of existing reporting metrics and the development of new metrics.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of special projects including but not limited to trend analysis of performance metrics and identification of areas for business improvement.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for new dashboards, standalone reports, and special projects to ensure constancy with requirements.
- Handle other projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, including or supplemented by 24 semester credits in one or more of the course areas of statistics, mathematics, computer science/information technology, operations research and econometrics; 12 semester credits of which must be in statistics and/or econometrics; and one of the following:
- one year of satisfactory full-time experience in one or more of the fields of statistical or mathematical analysis, information technology, operations research and/or econometrics; or
- a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in statistics, mathematics, computer science/information technology, operations research, econometrics, or a closely related field.
To be eligible for placement in Assignment Level II individuals must have, in addition to meeting the minimum requirements, at least one additional year of full-time professional statistical analysis experience.
Special Note
To be eligible for placement in Assignment Level III individuals must have, in addition to meeting the minimum requirements, at least two additional years of full-time professional statistical analysis experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with public housing and/or housing choice voucher program. - Experience developing reporting metrics and data analysis, or similar experience. - Ability to utilize SQL to query data from databases or experience with other programming languages. - Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and possessing strong time management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong research capabilities, self-motivated, and a creative thinker.
