CDU is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the CDU Senior Operations. The Operations Team
offers specialized support and guidance to the entire DYCD initiatives with contract compliance and
performance, data analysis and interpretation, unit operations and efficiencies, and communication to
providers.
The analyst would offer day-to-day support to the CDU Unit for reporting and analytics.

- Support oversight regarding compliance, performance, and risk analysis and tracking of unit's overall
- Provide support to the senior analyst on financial and contractual management for the CDU unit. This
contract change chart with the CDU unit.
- Provide ongoing analytical support to the CDU Contract Development as well as Operations & Staff
- Support staff training and create resource materials.
- Provide project management support to the CDU Contract Development as well as Operations & Staff
COMMUNITY COORDINATOR - 56058
Minimum Qualifications
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or
- High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or
- Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above. However, all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in "1" above.
- Advanced excel skills. Must have familiarity navigating large data sets. -Experience compiling/generating/maintaining dashboards and geographical mapping. -Experience navigating multiple data systems. -Project management and data stewardship experience. -Knowledgeable about afterschool programs. -Excellent communication skills. -Superior project manager. -Prior leadership experience working in a DYCD funded contract.
