Tracking the installation and maintenance of traffic control devices is included among core responsibilities. As a liaison to other NYCDOT divisions, City and State agencies, contractors, community boards, and the public, the ADBE supports coordination on traffic policies, capital projects, and street operations, and assists in preparing written responses to correspondence and public inquiries. Administratively, the ADBE supports the DBE in monitoring workload and performance metrics related to assigned projects and staff, and performs related duties as assigned.
