- High school diploma or equivalent; two (2) years of related experience; or any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Commercial Driver's License with Class B Endorsement. Internal applicants must obtain Class B Endorsement within six (6) months of promotion
- Complete Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) training through the Florida Department of Transportation within six (6) months of employment and maintain throughout City employment.
