Work includes the calculation of open space rations, floor area ratios, setbacks, maximum building height and number of stories, square footage, required parking and other complex determinations. Work also includes communicating with applicants to convey deficiencies discovered with plans during review and methods of remedying these deficiencies, as well as answering general zoning permitting questions and serving as a resource to the public; and related work as required.
