Overview
The City of Monticello is currently accepting applications for a full-time Deputy Registrar Clerk to work Monday-Friday plus, 2 Saturday mornings a month.

Essential Duties
- Processes new & used motor vehicle transactions which may include title transfers, registration, plates, change of class, conversions, etc. Collects appropriate fees.
- Processes new and used snowmobiles, all-terrain and off-highway vehicles, and watercraft for the Department of Natural Resources; issues game and fish licenses. Collects appropriate fees.
- Answers questions, by phone and in person, related to transactions, forms, attachments, and other rules, laws, and requirements.
- Processes applications for new and used vehicles for dealerships. Including pre-applications or straight entry.
Qualifications
- One (1) year of responsible customer service work involving heavy public contact and data entry on a computer. Must be able to obtain their Deputy Registrar Title Certification within 12 months of employment. Preference will be given to applicants with current Certification.
Pay: $23.25 - $33.54 per hour
