- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, and planting.
- Identify and report any repair needs or safety concerns to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks.
- Experience in landscape maintenance and gardening is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license may be required for operating maintenance vehicles or equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
