What are the responsibilities and job description for the Zamboni Driver position at City of Minnetonka?
This position requires an individual who can accept responsibility and is excellent with dealing with the public. Individual will perform ice and building maintenance as well as supervision duties at the Ice Arena.
Essential Job Functions:
Operate ice resurfacing machine to resurface the ice
Supervise and monitor guests utilizing the facility.
Perform cleaning as well as general maintenance of facility. This includes but it not limited to: cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, cleaning glass, shoveling.
Performs other duties consistent with the responsibilities of the position as apparent or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A commitment to and belief in the organization's shared values.
- Must be 18 years old.
- General mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Six months ice arena experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The principles and practices of providing excellent customer service.
- Zamboni safety and operation.
- Overseeing and assisting of part-time staff.
- Operate ice resurfacer.
Salary : $19 - $22
