- Ensure proper use and general care of The Marsh's aqua exercise props and audio equipment, providing for their safe and efficient operation.
- Educate participants on proper swim techniques, promote swimmer safety, and teach new skills.
- Adapt teaching approaches to the age, experience, and ability of participants to meet level objectives.
- Assist participants in achieving their fitness goals.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all forms of communication, including in-person and email interactions.
- Be punctual, organized, approachable, and energetic.
- Complete required forms related to injuries, complaints, or requests occurring during class.
- Attend required staff meetings and training.
- Current Aqua Fitness Certification from a nationally accredited organization (AFAA, ACE, ASFA, AEA).
- Current CPR Certification (ARC or AHA).
- Ability to remain calm in emergencies, communicate quickly and effectively, and provide emergency response.
- Strong customer service skills.
Salary : $25 - $30
