Job Description
The City of Miamisburg is searching for an Events Division Manager to serve as a strategic leader responsible for the planning, production, and evaluation of community events that reflect the City’s mission and values. This position ensures that events are safe, engaging, and impactful, fostering community spirit and inclusiveness.
This professional role involves close collaboration with other Division Managers, other City Departments, and external partners to coordinate events of various sizes and scopes, including city-wide festivals, park-based events, and departmental initiatives. Due to the nature of event operations and community programming, this position requires frequent evening and weekend work.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for this position is $74,500 to $98,072 annually DOQ with an excellent benefits package.
