What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Attendant position at City of McMinnville?
Customer Service to all Milner Center patrons. Work performed to include monitoring all participants entering and leaving the Civic Center, answering the phone, making reservations and completing daily revenue.
- Answer all incoming phone calls to the Civic Center and direct to appropriate personnel.
- Record and direct messages to all department personnel.
- Greet all incoming participants to the Civic Center.
- Take monies for daily visits. Sell membership passes, issue key fobs and monitor daily swipes.
- Take reservations for all outside recreation facilities.
- Issue equipment to be used for tennis.
- Complete all daily revenue reports and account for all monies.
- Issue appropriate keys to rental facilities and maintain facility records.
- Communicates to the public all activities of the Parks and Recreation Department.
- Sell concession items at the Civic Center.
- Assist with the preparation and clean-up of rental rooms as needed.
- Assist with daily maintenance and cleaning of the Wellness Center as needed.
- Assist Civic Center Supervisor with duties as needed.
- Observe all department policies and regulations and communicate to general public.
- Perform other duties as assigned and needed
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 Years of age
