Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and ensuring that all outdoor areas are well-kept and functional. This role requires a hands-on approach to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general upkeep of the property. A passion for gardening and an eye for detail will be essential in creating an inviting environment.
Duties
- Perform regular landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Care for garden areas by planting, watering, and weeding as necessary.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs or hazards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all tools and equipment used in groundskeeping activities.
- Assist with seasonal landscaping projects as directed, including planting flowers or shrubs.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or gardening is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools relevant to maintenance tasks is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics in outdoor spaces.
