Customer Service Representative for Marina
**Please note that this position is located in a work space with NO A/C. Candidates should be comfortable working in warmer temperatures especially during the summer months.
Full-Time, will include weekend shifts.
Salary: DOQ
Description: This position greets customers and visitors to the City Marina in a courteous and friendly manner. Answers questions and assigns moorings. Checks customers in and out, sells goods and services to customers and ensures all license agreements and pertinent paperwork are properly filled out and filed. Cash handling duties include keeping and balancing a cash register, loading funds for laundry cards, maintaining the cash deposits and database for the numbered laundry cards. Monitors and operates VHF radio with proper protocol and FCC Base License procedures.
Schedules marine sanitation pump outs as needed. Follows marina policies and license agreements in accomplishing work. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and three years experience in an office setting or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Ability to work with computers. Ability to deal with the public in a courteous manner.
Special Requirements: Successful applicants must undergo a drug test, driver’s license and criminal history check. E.O.E, Drug Free Workplace. Veterans preference given.
