City of Manistee Housing Commission 273 Sixth Avenue, Manistee, MI 49660 231-723-6201 Office | 231-299-1084 Fax --- Position Title: Maintenance Laborer – Full Time --- Pay: $22.96 – $23.96 per hour Starting pay based on union wage progression schedule --- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM This position participates in a rotating on-call schedule with other maintenance staff to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies. --- Position Overview: The Manistee Housing Commission is seeking a dependable Maintenance Laborer to assist in maintaining Housing Commission buildings and properties. This position performs a variety of building maintenance, repair, and property upkeep tasks to help ensure safe and well-maintained housing for residents.
