This position performs technical benefits calculation work including interviewing applicants to obtain information; securing and verifying required documentation; interpreting and applying program rules and regulations to determine initial and/or on-going eligibility for public assistance programs.
About You
Education Requirement:
Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED Certificate.
Experience Requirement
Three years public contact work obtaining and evaluating data or three years of experience explaining policies, procedures, statutes, and/or regulations to the public.
A combination of appropriate education and experience may substitute for the minimum education and experience requirement.

Accuplacer (Writing & Reading Comp), Basic Windows XP
Matrix Evaluation
If you have successfully completed the previous ASA IV (Accuplacer-Writing & Reading Comp) testing, you must submit a new application for this position and meet the minimum qualifications as posted on the Job Description, and if selected for consideration, you will need to complete the Basic Windows XP portion of the tests, to be scheduled at a later time.
Must successfully submit to, and pass a Criminal History Background Check.
