Description Of Duties/Essential Functions
Subject to administrative approval of the Assistant Deputy Director form Human Resources Operations of the Public Safety Shared Services Center, develops, implements and expedites policy and procedures regarding the statewide extended benefits, payroll, timekeeping and back wage claims programs for the Agencies served by the Public Safety Shared Services Center; organizes, plans, executes, controls and evaulates the operation of payroll, timekeeping and claims; represents the Assistant Deputy Director and Shared Service Center in the interpretation of the policy and procedures on Payroll, Timekeeping and Claims processing; receives and provides cross training; supervises staff.

Minimum Requirements
Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college preferably with courses in business administration; requires three years progressively responsible adminisrative experience in a public or business organization preferably in a State of Illinois Payroll / Timekeeping Program.

WORK HOURS: 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, Days Off Saturday and Sunday
