THE POSITION
The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential.
This is an unclassified, non-career position. Non-career employees are allowed a maximum of 1600 work hours available over a 12-month period. Non-career employees are not typically eligible for health/dental/vision benefits; however, may be eligible for sick leave benefits. This is an at-will, temporary, part-time position. This is a temporary assignment that will conclude on September 30th, 2026
Perform and assist with Personnel File Digitization project Maintain central Human Resources employee files for all City Manager department employees Arranges for the retrieval of separated employee files from offsite storage Perform other related clerical duties as required
- Ability to file alphabetically and numerically
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
- Ability to lift 20 - 40 pounds
