Description:
Under general supervision, will teach aerobic classes to adult participants.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include teaching classes at appointed times, preparing classes with provided equipment, providing upwards communication with Recreation Superintendent & Aquatics Coordinator, teaching various routines, and maintaining a safe environment for all participants.

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of a standard senior high school or equivalent. Current National Recognized Certification for Fitness Instructors preferred but not required. Successful applicants must possess good public relations skills; knowledge of public facilities, aerobic programs, and events; and knowledge of physical fitness and wellbeing practices. Experience in teaching aerobic training and physical fitness. Applicants must be very skilled and fit to teach water aerobics classes and very knowledgeable in aerobic techniques and mechanics. Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the general public and fellow employees. Must possess a CPR certificate.
