There are two vacancies for a Janitor in the Property Management Department which are permanent, full-time positions located in Duluth.
Available Shifts
Employees working a regular shift commencing between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. shall, in addition to their hourly pay, receive a shift differential equal
to $.90 per hour.
Employees working a regular shift commencing between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. shall, in addition to their hourly pay, receive a shift differential equal to $1.00 per hour.
St. Louis County Janitors work collaboratively as a team and independently to provide routine janitorial maintenance work at an assigned County facility.

An employee in this class performs a variety of tasks to ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, safety and security of County facilities. Duties include cleaning facilities, maintaining equipment and making minor repairs. The work is performed under the direction of assigned supervisory staff.
