What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Supervisor position at City of Litchfield Park?
The City of Litchfield Park is looking for Site Supervisors to assist in the City's Youth Sports Leagues. Leagues run between August and May for seven (7) to eight (8) week, with a three (3) or four (4) week break in between. Incumbents are responsible for monitoring game locations, officiating youth games and maintaining playing facilities. The position is Saturday's only, up to 10 hours per week.

- Maintains game site during adult or youth sports games.
- Sets-up and cleans-up: transports required equipment to the event site; monitors scorekeepers, officials, coaches, spectators and participants; resolves issues as they arise; acts as additional referee if needed; ensures site is safe and clean for participants; enforces site rules; keeps attendance records or scores at games.
- Provides information about scheduled activities, including notifying patrons of activity schedules and registration requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- May supervise up to two (2) referees at each site, including directing their work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

Education and Experience:
Minimum - currently attending high school
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Applicable principles and practices in assigned program area;

- Follow written and verbal instructions.

- Licensing Requirements:
CPR and First Aid certification or the ability to be certified with 60 days of employment.
