The Street Supervisor provides supervisory oversight of the infrastructure maintenance including construction and repair projects involving streets, snow/ice control, curbs and gutter, storm drains, sidewalks, and related public facilities for the Street Services Department. Plans and organizes street closings and safety activity preparation for special events including the Annual Barbecue Festival.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or GED
- Five years of experience in street maintenance and construction
- Some supervisory experience
- Valid NC Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL) or valid out-of-state Class A CDL with the ability to transfer to NC within sixty days of employment and good driving record
Work Schedule
Monday - Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm. Paid bi-weekly.
Work requires being on call.
