Supervision Received
Receives general supervision from higher level supervisory or management staff.

Performs routine, mid-level work with minimal supervision; provides assistance to full-time or part-time classified staff or designee; assists program participants with college preparation, job readiness, and leadership development. Maintains record on all participants, keeps record of site budget, chaperone trips, and events. Recruits new members, attend all meetings with participants or by full-time or part-time classified staff, and other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Two years of experience working with teens or adults in career development, leadership, life skills and/or education.
- Course level work in education or community outreach or a related field of study may substitute for the experience.
- Experience in career development is desirable.
- Preferably employed in a CCSD High School associated with Batteries Included desired.
- Possess a valid Driver's License at the time of application and maintain thereafter.
