Assists in the maintenance of Buena Vista Sports Complex and in the coordination of special events; monitors, participates, and assists in ensuring that buildings and grounds are properly maintained and that special events run smoothly.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. Employees may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description.
- Assists with the setting-up of special events; assists with maintenance activities, such as cleaning, moping, washing and waxes floors, cleaning and shampooing carpets, painting walls and fixtures, repairing lights, etc., moves chairs and tables for special events.
- Performs grounds maintenance work, such as cuts grass with the weed eater, edger or lawn mower.
- Performs other related work as required.

Required Licenses or Certifications
Valid Texas Identification card or Government Issued card is required at the time of job offer and hire. Must have reliable form of transportation to and from work site and is expected to arrive at work site on a timely basis.
