Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and gardens, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy and aesthetically pleasing. This role involves performing various lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, and general groundskeeping duties.
Duties
- Perform lawn care services such as mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a well-groomed appearance.
- Operate and maintain power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
- Monitor the health of lawns and gardens.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their lawn care needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment used in landscaping is beneficial.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles related to plant care and maintenance is a plus.
