Essential Functions
- Collects parking fees from designated workstations and can handle large sums of money.
- Provides general information to the public.
- May assist disabled citizens with parking and unloading.
- May be required to participate in and/or facilitate training to support departmental or City initiatives and requirements.
- May be required to work overtime, or alternate hours, as necessary for the efficient operation of the department.
- Position is designated as Mission Critical.
- Performs related work as required.

- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Must possess and maintain a valid telephone number.
KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of general mathematics.
- Ability to deal with the public courteously.
- Ability to understand and follow oral instructions.
- Ability to exercise safety practices that the supervisor in charge prescribes.
- The job requires labor-intensive work and considerable walking.
- The job risks exposure to environmental conditions, including extreme temperature changes, humid and wet conditions, traffic, bright/dim light, fumes/noxious odors, dust, and pollen.
- The job requires normal visual acuity, field of vision, hearing, speaking, color perception, sense of smell, depth perception, and texture perception.
