The individual will also lead the Division in advancing automation, driving innovation in service delivery, implementing state-of-the-art technology solutions, and actively contributing to implementation of the City’s Technology Master Plan and Strategic Initiatives. This individual is comfortable working at the counter, solving problems in real time, and building trust with staff and the development community.
