HOURS:
8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday

SALARY:
$2,501.36 - $2,880.55

JOB OBJECTIVES:
The Incumbent serves as the Customer Service Manager for Lafayette Renew, responsible for supervision of daily
office activities and personnel, giving priority to customer procedures. Incumbent assist in coordinating and
implementing department policies and procedures, and works as a liaison to the Human Resource Department to
apply City policies and procedures.

DUTIES:

• Supervise and direct daily activity determining work assignments, answering questions, and reviewing status

• Serves on various committees within the City.

• Responsible for new employee orientation.

• Works as a liaison for the Human Resource Department at Renew.

• Coordinates and implement new policies and procedures and training.

• Responds to customer complaints and dispatches personnel.

• Serves as a resource to the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents and internal departments.

• Working knowledge of department procedures, work methods and standard practices.

• Maintains detailed records and filing systems.

• Calculate and processes industrial billing for permitted industries.

• Responsible for maintaining confidential information.

• Assists in reviewing purchase requests and other financial data, processes correct invoices for payment, and

reviews lab, land application, and industrial data.

• Cleans and maintains office area and administrative building, including operating electric vacuum, dusting,

and utilizing cleaning supplies.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Associates Degree required or equivalent combination of training and/or work experience in related work.

• Must hold a valid Indiana Driver’s License and demonstrated safe driving record.
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
