Essential Job Functions
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Primarily in an indoor environment with the ability to operate outdoors when needed. May be exposed to extreme heat and cold during summer and winter months.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED
Standard office equipment includes multi-line telephone, computer, fax machine, copier, scanner, printer, etc.
Preferred Education, Experience, And Certifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s or Associate degree from accredited four-year college or university in the field of communication, marketing or related study preferred.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, MVR check.

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote municipal initiatives, events, and services.
- Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts across various platforms to engage with the community.
- Engage in public outreach on event platforms, forums, and groups.
- Generate monthly analytic reporting and presentations to submit for assessment and collaborate to increase reach, engagement, and accessibility.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and tools to improve strategies and tactics continuously.
- Ensure compliance with City of Keene branding guidelines and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Graphic design and multimedia editing tools (Adobe Suite including Adobe Express, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.)
