JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Financial Analyst ll, assists in organizing, prioritizing, planning, delegating, and managing the programs, projects, and activities of the Public Works Department. Assists in providing leadership, oversight, and direction for Water, Streets, Solid Waste Services, and Park Facilities for the City projects. Demonstrates fiscal stewardship, with an understanding of budgeting and oversight of public/grant funds. Ensures effective coordination and communication with City Officials, city departments, state, regional, and local entities, consultants, the general public, and private sector representatives.
