Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Oversee human capital management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage talent acquisition efforts including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance management initiatives to foster growth and development.
- Implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA regulations, and other employment & labor laws.
- Develop and manage affirmative action planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Oracle HCM for data entry and workforce management tasks.
- Collaborate on strategic planning efforts related to organization design and talent management.
- Manage payroll processes using systems like Paychex or Dayforce, ensuring accuracy in compensation administration.
- Leverage social media management tools for recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
Experience
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Taleo.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis for workforce planning and reporting purposes.
- Experience with training & development programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
- Knowledge of conflict management strategies to effectively address workplace issues.
