Key Responsibilities:
HR Support (60%)
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement events and wellness initiatives
- Manage a high-volume event schedule, coordinating approximately 3–4 events per month, including employee quarterly events for 100 employees
- Develop and maintain the annual HR events and wellness calendar
- Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, vendors, materials, and communications
- Track participation, gather feedback, and improve future initiatives
- Manage HR invoices, track expenditures, and support budget activities
- Support recruitment coordination and internal communications
- Assist with scheduling, email management, and file organization
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries
IT Support (40%)
- Manage IT invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
- Schedule meetings and appointments for IT leadership
- Track and restock department supplies to ensure workflow efficiency
- Assist with internal IT team communications and engagement events
Executive & Administrative Support (Across HR & IT)
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the HR and IT Directors
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and follow-up on action items
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Respond to inquiries and assist with interpreting policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's degree in office administration, Business, or related field
- Two (2) years of experience providing administrative support to senior management positions
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a business-related field
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior experience working for a city, county, state, or federal agency
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
- Proficiency in office software and database tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality

We offer competitive wages starting with a potential starting salary of $65,420 to $69,809 annualized for an 80-hour schedule (Monday to Friday). This position is non-exempt.
