👟 About the Role:
Reporting to the Parks and Recreation Manager, you'll be the brains and energy behind our top-tier recreation programs and community events. You'll lead seasonal and part-time staff, create and evaluate activities for all ages, and manage everything from birthday bashes to splash pad safety with a smile and a clipboard.
💼 What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Day Might Include...):

Planning and supervising community programs and awesome events that make memories.

Greeting residents with a warm smile and solving the occasional "Why was pickleball canceled?" mystery.

Managing part-time/seasonal staff with equal parts motivation and mentorship.

Keeping records, budgets, and schedules in check (because fun needs structure, too!).

Overseeing our beloved splash pad and future pool – it's like being a lifeguard, engineer, and happiness ambassador all at once.

Working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. (Yes, we throw a party for almost everything!)
📚 You Should Have:

A bachelor's degree in Parks & Rec, Sports Management, or a related field.

At least 2 years of recreation programming or events experience.

CPR & AED certifications (or the willingness to get them fast!).

The drive to be a Certified Pool & Spa Operator within 30 days of hire.

📆 Schedule:
Mostly Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm - but we do throw a lot of events on weekends and holidays, so flexibility is a must!
Salary : $70,459 - $93,182
