Provides oversight to planning & compliance management of local, federal, multi-modal, transportation, structural, and stormwater projects.Provides technical assistance in design specification and plan interpretation, scheduling, and planning related to infrastructure projects.
Provides support in the development of the Department's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).

Experience working in GIS preferred but not required. The position requires extensive knowledge of City, State, and FHWA policies and specifications as they relate to construction of City infrastructure. The position requires excellent oral and written skills in addition to excellent conflict resolution skills.
