POSITION HOURLY RATE
Laborer (Temporary) $23.456
Temporary position during summer months no benefits
Temporary summer position within the Municipal Services Department. Performs cleaning and housekeeping duties within the Water Production and Water Construction/Maintenance Divisions.. Responsibilities include basic yard work such as mowing, weed eating and brush removal, painting and assisting the maintenance personnel with other tasks.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Physical Demands: Ability to shovel and dig; bending and lifting 75 lbs., plus or minus 25 lbs.
Typical Working Conditions: Outside working conditions of extreme heat and varying weather conditions.
Hours of work (depending on area of assignment):
Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. or 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Drug testing
Background check
