Overview
Starting Pay: $17.04Qualifications
- Ability to read, understand and follow oral and/or written policies, procedures and instructions
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffer/sweeper, etc.
Preferred Qualification
- One (1) year or more of paid custodial experience
- Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain/maintain a City of Hoover Driver's Permit
Responsibilities
Washes floors, furnishings, equipment, windows, doors and walls with cleaning solutions and disinfectants; prepares cleaning solutions and disinfectants; cleans and scrubs basins, sinks, lavatories and toilets; replenishes soap, tissue, towels and similar supplies; dusts, wipes and clean cabinets, closets, shelves, vents, showers, pictures and desks; collects trash and empties garbage; picks up trash from outside of buildings; sweeps, mops and dusts floors, strips floor of old wax, applies new wax and buffs; performs related duties as required.
Salary : $17 - $26
