Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As the City Manager Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the City Manager and other city officials. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating schedules and managing appointments
- Handling correspondence and communications
- Preparing agendas, reports, and materials for meetings
- Assisting with City Council meetings held on the 1st and 3rd Monday evenings of each month
This position follows a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening commitments.
