Under the general supervision of the Community Development Director, this position serves as the first point of contact for callers and visitors to the department ensuring excellent customer service is provided. This position also supports the Planning and Zoning Commission. Must be a team player. The position requires:
- Excellent customer service skills to treat customers in a respectful and courteous manner.
- Proficiency with computers, office equipment, internet and software (Microsoft Office)
- Organization and accuracy to process application materials, and maintain filing systems;
- Associates or supplemental education with some training and/or education related to Office Technology, Business Administration, Paralegal, Planning, Architecture, or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
