- Associate’s degree in business management or related field.
- Two (2) or more years’ experience relating to construction operations, utilities, maintenance, or repair work; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
- Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements) or obtain within one year of employment.
- Must have a valid Florida Class B commercial driver's license with satisfactory driving record throughout employment.
