What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at City of Gypsum?
This position will primarily be responsible for street and ditch maintenance, including but not limited to:
- Cleaning and maintenance of drainage ditches and culverts
- Pothole repair
- Mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep
- Snow and ice removal during winter months
- Operation and basic maintenance of city equipment, trucks, and machinery
- Assisting other public works duties as needed
- Assist with flood control when needed
- Upkeep of the levee
