Salary based on experience. Years of experience considered which includes 1% additional pay for every year of experience up to 10 years. Pay increase at the complete of Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET), being sworn in and completion of field training, followed by a 5 % pay increase after probationary period.
Other pay incentives include
2.5% pay incentive for honorable military experience
2.5% pay incentive for second language
Pay classifications (eligible after probationary period and requires certain training/experience)
2.5% Advanced Police Officer
5% Senior Police Officer
10% Master Police Officer
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Police Officer at the Greenville Police Department in Greenville, NC. The Police Officer will be responsible for patrolling assigned areas, responding to emergency calls, conducting criminal investigations, collecting and preserving evidence, and enforcing laws to protect the community.
