This role involves supervising guests, monitoring water systems, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the facility.Key Responsibilities: Supervise the spray ground and surrounding areas, ensuring patron safety and compliance with rules.Actively monitor and maintain the spray ground, pump system, filters, and chemical levels.Perform regular inspections of the spray ground and notify management of maintenance or repair needs.Clean and maintain park facilities, including restrooms, offices, and parking lots.Perform custodial tasks such as mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and litter removal.Provide excellent customer service and enforce rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.Collect user fees, maintain accurate records, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.Report suspicious activity to supervisory staff or law enforcement.Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, kneel, stand, and sit for extended periods.Engage in activities such as climbing, stooping, crawling, and lifting/carrying moderate to heavy materials.The job is NON-EXEMPT under FLSA.
