JOB REQUIREMENTS: The City of Green Bay is seeking a Traffic Manager to
lead our Traffic Division which oversees everything from signal timing
and street lighting to traffic calming, safety initiatives, and
long-term mobility planning. In this role, you\'ll lead a talented team,
guide citywide traffic safety initiatives, and shape transportation
planning, all within a stable schedule that supports balance, family
time, and life in a community you\'ll love. Examples of Duties:
supervisor, seasonal engineering aides, and other operational staff, as
assigned. -Develops and oversees the implementation of all traffic
control for maintenance and construction projects. -Directs and oversees
the design, installation and maintenance of all traffic controls.

traffic programs including pavement marking and large traffic signing
activities -Advises Operations Division Street Section Sign Shop on
proper process, installation and maintenance of traffic control
activities -Responsible for budget preparation and tracking for the
Traffic Division. -Prepares grant applications and manages grants
related to traffic signals, traffic control or calming. -Administers
agreements and invoicing related to intergovernmental traffic related
services and / or special events. -Reviews traffic control plans,
development plans, obstruction plans, and other technical reports.

AND QUALIFICATIONS: -Minimum of six years of experience in traffic

activities -Advises Operations Division Street Section Sign Shop on
proper process, installation and maintenance of traffic control
activities -Responsible for budget preparation and tracking for the
Traffic Division. -Prepares grant applications and manages grants
related to traffic signals, traffic control or calming. -Administers
agreements and invoicing related to intergovernmental traffic related
services and / or special events. -Reviews traffic control plans,
