Join our team in Grand Prairie as a part-time Pool Manager! Lead and inspire a dedicated team of employees and volunteers in our Aquatics Division, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our community!
- Assists in coordinating and directing aquatic programs.
- Knowledge of all aspects of pool operations including personnel, water quality, safety, equipment & supplies.
- Maintenance and programs, and duties required to maintain a safe environment for all patrons.
- Perform cashier duties and reconcile daily revenue and reports.
- Responsible for daily pool chemical testing and chemical balancing to help the pools maintain health code standards.
- Ensures opening, closing and all shift responsibilities have been completed.
- Education: Requires a High School diploma or GED
- Experience: Two years of increasingly responsible experience in the delivery of an aquatics program.
- Certification: A Lifeguard Certification is required. (Training will be provided if necessary) (Red Cross, Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR/AED Certification. Water Safety Instructor's (WSI) Certificate preferred.)
- License: Texas Class C Driver's License required
