Salary: $30.23-$34.02 per hour

About the Position:
The City of Grand Junction is hiring a Night Maintenance Supervisor to lead custodial staff and keep City facilities in top shape. This role includes scheduling and overseeing employees while also performing hands-on maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, and minor repairs. The supervisor will ensure buildings are safe, clean, and well-maintained while responding to staff and public concerns. What You'll Do:
- Schedule employees, assign work, and monitor progress.
- Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise and review the work of assigned staff.
- Coordinate equipment repair and maintenance.
- Perform a variety of janitorial work, including general cleaning, maintenance.

What We're Looking For:
- One year of facilities maintenance experience,
- Three years of custodial experience, including one year of lead or supervisory experience.
- High school diploma or GED
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Colorado driver’s license.
- City of Grand Junction Leadership Track certification within two (2) years of appointment.
Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
